E & J SolizSales (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom challenge coins, engraving, and related products. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Orders

All challenge coins are custom-made based on customer-provided designs, ideas, or specifications. Once production begins, the design, size, and structure cannot be changed.

2. Minimum Orders

  • Minimum order for custom coins: 100 pieces

  • Pricing varies based on size, quantity, and design complexity

3. Artwork & Proof Approval

  • A digital proof will be provided before production

  • Customer must review and approve all details (text, spelling, layout, colors)

  • Approval confirms the design is correct and ready for production

⚠️ We are not responsible for errors after approval.

4. Mold Fees

  • A one-time mold fee is required for new designs

  • Mold fees typically range from $200–$400 depending on complexity

  • Molds are retained for future orders (typically valid up to 3 years)

5. Sample Coins (Optional)

  • Physical samples can be produced before full production

  • Sample requires mold payment + shipping

  • Once a mold is created, only color or finish changes may be made

  • Structural changes require a new mold fee

6. Production Timeline

  • Standard production time: 5–7 weeks after proof approval

  • Timelines may vary due to complexity, volume, or shipping delays

  • Expedited options may be available upon request

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Zelle, credit/debit card, PayPal

  • A processing fee may apply for card/PayPal payments

  • Orders typically require:

    • Deposit or full mold payment upfront

    • Remaining balance due before shipping

8. Shipping

  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS

  • Delivery times vary (typically 1–3 business days once shipped)

  • Tracking will be provided upon shipment

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once production begins

  • No refunds or returns on custom orders

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to resolve the issue

10. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use all logos, designs, and trademarks provided.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material.

11. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before mold production begins

  • Once mold production starts, fees are non-refundable

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses beyond our control, including shipping delays, customs issues, or natural events.
